We know business owners are busy, but this small time investment of an hour could potentially save thousands of dollars in fees.
There is a lot of confusion around rates due to deliberately misleading advertising and other shady practices of some processors - leading to many businesses overpaying on fees.
Payment processing is one of those things that every business needs, but as long as there aren't any issues it isn't thought about much. This means many businesses are spending thousands of dollars more than they could be, every year.
Processing rates are purposely made more confusing that it needs to be. We totally understand the frustration of feeling you have little control or understanding over a significant expense (2-3% of sales is a lot, we know).
We also know that we're not always the best fit for a processor (due to specific integration needs, etc). So, we thought it would be valuable to create a product that would give business owners the full understanding and confidence to better deal with processors.
